In the year 2003, Calvary Development was established and we began providing our customers with new homes. The company expanded in 2008 providing room additions, bathroom and kitchen remodels. Since 2014, we have worked with many Veterans who require handicap accessible features in their homes. It has been a privilege and a pleasure to work with the variety of clientele. As an extra benefit to the customer, James Boyer, owner of the company, has a license as a Master Drain Layer which enables him to supply customers with septic or sewer installation. Calvary Development has been a successful business due to quality workmanship and exemplary customer service.

Missouri does not issue a statewide electrical, plumbing, handyman and general contractor license and delegates licensing and permitting process to the local permitting authority of the city the contractor works in.
