Roy Schwisow and Robert Schuster started Building Tech, Inc. in March of 1996 Bob retired as of October 1, 2016. Roy still owns the business and manages both the metal building erection and the concrete projects.
White Castle Roofing began in 1985 when Mike Hansen and Steve Biegert began a partnership together. Their shared commitment to hard work, honesty, excellence and customer satisfaction were hallmarks of how they lived and did business. As a result of this, most of our customers are referrals from previous satisfied customers or returning customers. More than 30 years later, while we've grown in both the service areas where we work and the services we offer, White Castle Roofing is proud to continue to serve our customers with the same quality and respect on which the business was founded.
Golden Rule Contractors was started in 1996. Two Brothers Matt and Dave started, and built this company from the ground up. We are still a family run business. We Started in Seward County Nebraska. Over the years we have grown to service Lincoln and surrounding areas.
Tillotson Enterprises is a family business owned and operated by Gene and Tammy Tillotson. After growing up in rural Nebraska and Kansas, respectively, the Tillotson's both earned degrees in education and began teaching careers - Tammy in Family and Consumer Science and Gene in Science. The attraction of being entrepreneurs was too strong, however, and in 1991, they began doing business under the name of Tillotson Roofing. Since beginning in business, Tillotson Enterprises has undertaken projects in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, and, at the end of 2010, had roofed over 5 million square feet of roof using spray-applied techniques. Today, Tillotson Enterprises is one of central Nebraska's largest and most respected spray-applied roofing contractors in addition to offering other spray-applied services.
