M & J Construction of Moorhead, Inc. formally M & J Roofing has been in business since 1966 in the Fargo - Moorhead area. Mark Spriggs worked alongside his father in-law for 25 years making M & J a well known construction company. Mark purchased the company in 2006 and has continued to provide great customer service and care for the projects he and his team work on. M & J Construction specializes in roofing, siding, remodeling, additions, soffit & fascia, windows, doors, skylights, window & door wraps, gutter cleaning, roof maintenance, roof snow removal and application of dam busters. M & J Construction is a SELECT Shingle Master & Building Specialist with CertainTeed Corporation. M & J is an NAHB member. Mark has volunteered his time and helped with a wheelchair accessibility ramp for the HBA of F-M's Remodelers Council. In 2011 M & J received an Honorable Mention with Asphalt Roofing Competition from the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) in North America.
Vision Home Inspectors is locally owned by Eric C. Through training and education, Eric has been certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. Eric has met all requirements to be a member in good standing of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.) Eric is also registered with the state of North Dakota as a certified home inspector (there currently is no registration process in Minnesota.)
Eric also has years of experience in countless areas of remodeling and renovating homes. Some of the fields that Eric has hands on experience in include plumbing, electrical, roofing, framing, siding and window installation, properly insulating and venting a home and many more.
Licenses are required for all residential building contractors Minnesota who contract with a owner of "residential real estate" to construct or improve dwellings by provinding work in more than one special skill

Contractors who have a state license don't need to obtain a local license for work that is covered under the state licensing laws.
