Paul started painting in 1977. After working 3 years for other contractors, he learned a lot from each one but saw a lot of things that each one could use improvements as well. When Paul saw how happy the clients were when the jobs were completed and the compliments received during the jobs, he knew that was what he wanted to do forever. In 1980 he took all the good systems he had learned from working for others and built better systems where he saw them lacking and went into business for himself.
The learning didn't stop there. He didn't just take 3 years of experience and repeat it another 34 years. Instead, He joined national contracting organizations and learned even more.He knew that the most important part was keeping clients happy then his employees and the company He learned and hired people in different trades so he could take of his clients whole homes. It's a win-win-win company now. He even trains other contractors and has been featured in a national contracting magazine.
