Crum Home Inspections was built upon one simple ideal: Attention to Detail. After completing a career with the United States Government, Beau Crum knew that his discerning eye, and passion for "doing the right thing," needed an outlet. His wife, Stephanie, has been a staple in the Baldwin County Real Estate community for 10 years, and suggested that he put his skills to work in home inspections. After graduating from the American Home Inspection Institute (AHIT) and receiving multiple certifications from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Beau started Crum Home Inspections.
In 2013, we celebrated our 30th year in business. Over the years we have prided ourselves in delivering more value to homeowners. Our core business is presold homes built on a customer's lot. In 2003 Heritage Homes opened an office in Pensacola, Florida servicing the Florida Panhandle. In 2010 Heritage Homes opened an office in Gulfport, Mississippi followed by an office in Tuscaloosa in 2011. To date, Heritage Homes has built more than 2,900 houses. 50% of those houses were built from customer referrals. In addition, Heritage Homes contracts with an independent surveying company that contacts every customer. Consistently, over 90% of our customers say the process was both "Easier than Expected" and that they would be willing to "Write a letter of Recommendation." Our team is very proud of these results. The Heritage Homes Team was chosen twice (Mobile and Pensacola) to build a home on national television in one week for ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
