Roy Schwisow and Robert Schuster started Building Tech, Inc. in March of 1996 Bob retired as of October 1, 2016. Roy still owns the business and manages both the metal building erection and the concrete projects.
The Inland Group has been serving the central mid-west since 2001. While we focus on building exteriors, as general contractors we have completed a wide spectrum of projects. Our larger projects include design and construction of custom homes, development of multi-family complexes, and delivery of turn-key light commercial buildings. At the other end of the spectrum, we regularly replace windows, siding, and gutters for homeowners.
