After many years (20yrs) of managing and installing for highly successful gutter companies in Northeast Ohio, I stepped away and started my own local gutter business I look forward to duplicating the succes and delivering the best quality gutter services in Ohio.
CPC was established in 1994 as a wall panel supplier for the local construction market. In 2003, we added a truss production line to supply roof trusses along with our panelized walls. In 2006, we purchased a larger facility on market street to increase our production capabilities and add a line to produce floor trusses.
After starting my first business in 2000 in the landscape industry and doing home remodeling every winter I started working for a local electrical contractor. I decided to start a business on my own specializing in handyman services and residential home projects. We are small, we are friendly, background checked on Home Advisor and ready to serve you! We are excited to be your premier handyman and home services company!
Ciardi Co. is a full service general contracting company with over 35 years experience in the construction industry, specializing in commercial and industrial work. Ranging from repairs, upgrades and additions to complete buildings, Ciardi Co. is able to offer a solution to a construction problem or design and build a new building to meet the needs of every client. As a third generation brick layer, founder of Ciardi Co., John M. Ciardi, began in the field when he was 16 years old working as a laborer. Becoming proficient as a master bricklayer and obtaining the skills for a number of other trades led John to follow in his grandfather's and father's footsteps to start his own construction company. The John M. Ciardi Company was founded in 1986 and focused widely on residential construction. Throughout the years, the company has expanded into commercial and industrial work. In 2010, the John M. Ciardi Company shortened its name to become simply Ciardi Co.
