Twenty-five years ago Juan Terrazas found his passion when he started working for a construction company. As the years went on Juan found himself wanting to start his own company. However, he could never find the time between working and taking care of his family. It was through his son, Juan Antonio, that his dream came true. When his son was old enough Juan began to share his passion for construction and his son found passion there too. At the age of 18 Juan Antonio started the process of creating a family business and fulfilling his dad's dream. Finally on January 31, 2016, Exceed Construction was up and running.

When I became a laborer I lived each day for the present. As time went on tearing off a roof and installing it almost becomes automatic and I thought whats next? Soon i got certified and learned skills that took years of work experience to obtain. I would encounter problems and apply the best solution possible. I like a good quality job, a satisified client, and going that extra mile to reinforce your roof.
