We grew up working hard for the things we wanted nothing was handed to us We was taught young that you have to give it your all if you are going to make it in this world and it doesn't come easy. We started out working side jobs with are fathers and grandfathers learning the tricks of the trade and two of the most taught things were do it right the first time and you work for the customer and they are always right. And then working under other roofing companies for years we finally woke up and decided it didnt make sense to work for someone else when we could do it ourselves. So D and s Roofing was born and we love the work we do its what we have always done and will always do.
Started my business this summer. We have skill sets for just about every construction based job. From tile, cement, to siding, drywall, all the way to the roof.
West Virginia does not require a homeowner to be a licensed contractor if they are doing work on their home. The homeowner must state this prior to commencing any work when applying for a building permit. If the homeowner does not do all the work himself, he must hire a contractor who is licensed by the State of West Virginia.
For more information or to check if a contractor has a valid state license, contact with the WV Division of Labor at (304) 558-7890 or visit Contractor Search page
