I have been working in the trades since I was 13 years old, starting with electrical. I studied electrical in high school while also working with a local electrician. I continued electrical school after I graduated high school and started my own electrical contracting company. I have since then decided that I prefer building over electrical, so have been building houses steady for the past 5 years. Before that I did building off and on along with electrical, plumbing and heating, and foundations for several years, and even worked as a sous chef for about 3 years as I love to cook and thought it would be fun. I decided to put all of my knowledge together and go back to school to become a Home Inspector. When you hire me to inspect your home, you can know that I have years of experience in every part of a home from the ground up.
New Hampshire laws do not require a contractor making home improvements or constructions in New Hampshire to have a state license. Licensure at the state level is required for electrical and plumbing. A homeowner should check if the project complies with local city or county building codes.
