Complete Construction Inc., DBA Rain Guard Roofing was started by Shae and his wife Constance Mayner in 2008. Shae learned to roof in Elko, Nevada in 1996 and has been in the construction industry ever since. Constance worked on the roof with Shae for the first couple years they had a roofing business. We have two locations, one in Twin Falls, ID and one in Elko, NV. We specialize in residential and commercial tear off and re installation projects.
