Co-owner Randy Hann founded Contract Exteriors in 2009, armed with more than 20 years' experience in the construction industry and a driven determination of exactly what he wanted differently in his new business. Randy believed that customer satisfaction should be second to none, which is why Contract Exteriors grew from its original location in Myrtle Beach to expand offices in Charleston, Wilmington, Hilton Head, & Raleigh. We opened the doors to our original Contract Exteriors office headquarters in Myrtle Beach in 2009 to serve the growing population of homeowners in this increasingly popular coastal resort area. We are here to help you with any of your exterior needs in roofing, siding, decking, or windows. If you are looking for an uncompromised customer service and quality process, backed by the strongest warranties in the industry, then we have you covered. Let Contract Exteriors protect your #1 investment : your home.
The vision of all our efforts to this day, is to help homeowners get what they deserve, the best! We take a professional approach to roofing by providing the best service and quality installation within our customer's budget. We take pride in our work and we are grateful for the opportunity to help. Opening during a recession, when construction was at a record low, gave us many hurdles to overcome. Because of these challenges we learned to put value in hard work and we are dedicated to maximizing every opportunity in order to help our customers by providing high value, quality and excellent customer service. In recent years, we have been able to donate back to our community. We took on a 10% pledge where we give back and volunteer our time through various programs such as "Roof for Troops" and Habitat for Humanity. Additionally we work with other charitable institutions in the area and we are proud to be an active part of the community that we reside in and care so much about.
