We moved here to the Smoky Mountains in 1996 to raise our kids, having previously run our gutter company, Arizona Rain Drain, from Phoenix, Arizona. Starting in Loudon County, we quickly built our business to expand to surrounding areas and built our first home in Greenback, in Blount County in 2000. We have a long line of customer referrals and are one of the few established gutter companies still in business today in our area.
In 1997, Jeff Woods began building custom homes. His team carefully made sure every detail of the home was exactly what the family wanted and had envisioned. Throughout the years they installed generators for the homeowners and overtime, selling and installing generators became a natural extension to the company. Jeff Woods Construction became a Generac dealer in 2004 and then in 2012 became a Kohler dealer. The business grew so much, the need for a specialized team of generator technicians was apparent and now has grown to the point of having a team solely dedicated to the generator division of the business. A few years later, the general contracting jobs lead to the addition of another branch of the business, roofing. Having been in the roofing business for 7 years now, the company has become both a GAF Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor and an Owen's Corning Preferred Contractor.
