In 1998, emnanuel formed a partnership withother contractor- at the time a recent University of Washington at Berkeley emanuel was working in a corporate environment for about a year after college and was on a very successful rise in management. When asked to join the family business; felt he couldn't turn his back on the family. Since procover as incorporated & established a reputation as an honest, comprehensive, and qualified roofing service. A contractor registration is required by the State of Washington if a homeowner project involves any work that increases or decreases the value of real estate or consulting on a construction project.
