In 1980, Lee Hoffman Roofing, Inc. (LHR) was started with one pickup, one work truck and three employees. Currently the LHR, Inc. fleet consists of six pickups and twelve work trucks. The company now employs 35 people in three divisions: estimators and field supervisors, journeyman roofers and office support staff.
AZ Roof Restoration LLC was started by Owner/Operator Joshua Schadler. After roofing in Arizona since he was just a kid, Mr. Schadler decided in 2008 that it was time to continue his roofing knowledge and skills under his own name of AZ Roof Restoration LLC. In a brave attempt Mr. Schadler took his last paycheck from the company he was working for at the time and started his own roofing company with no backing or support what so ever. Through countless obstacles and barriers and doing it all in one of the worst economies that the United States has ever seen, Mr. Schadler and AZ Roof Restoration LLC are still here today and going strong, with a long list of satisfied and loyal clients.
