Ive been working since i was 12 years old done many jobs and than in 2000 i started doing small jobs my self slowly but surely my business took off now were doing big jobs little jobs everything going strong and helping to make the dream home a reality
I began my journey in the roofing industry in 2007 as a laborer running shingles up and down roofs from dusk till dawn. Having started from the bottom I have learned the value of hard work and never giving up on your goals. I eventually worked my way up and started my own company. I have done work all over Texas, earning 5-Star Ratings from Dallas to San Antonio to the greater Houston area. The Lords blessings have allowed me to focus on servicing local areas such as Brazoria, Matagorda and Fort Bend Counties. We treat our customers like family!
We are a family owned and operated dealer for Roof Maxx LLC. We started our business while looking for roofing alternatives. The replacement cost of our roof was astronomical and then we found Roof Maxx. Once we saw how affordable Roof Maxx was and how well it worked on our home, we became Brazoria Counties only dealer. By providing a Roof Maxx treatment along with a roofing maintenance service that is second to none, we are extending the life of roofs greatly for the fraction of the cost of replacement. We love working to help the community as a family and are proud to offer an environmentally friendly alternative to roof replacement.
Contractor licenses are issued by both the state licensing authority and the local licensing department. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) issues licenses to water well driller, electrical, HVAC contractors, but not plumber.
By offering to waive a deductible or promising discounts on all or part of a deductible, the contractor risks a fine of up to $ 2,000 and imprisonment of up to 6 months
In Texas, roofing contractors are not required to have a state license, but they can obtain a voluntary license through the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT). Since roofing requires a high level of skill and the roof is a crucial part of a home, it is important to hire licensed professionals.
The RCAT licensing program was created to enhance consumer protection and build public trust in roofing contractors. This program aims to improve the knowledge and professionalism of roofers through voluntary self-regulation.
Licenses are issued to individuals, not companies. However, to be eligible for a license, an individual must own, manage, or operate a roofing company for at least three years. Afterward, the company can advertise its services as a licensed roofing contractor.
