The construction company was founded in 1978 by John Surprenant. Though located in the Roanoke area of Southwest Virginia, we service commercial construction and residential construction customers across the nation. Some of our most recent construction projects include remodeling and renovating skilled nursing facilities in Texas and Arizona. Our specialties include constructing new buildings and homes from the ground up as well as renovating existing structures.
While we may be the new guys on the block, we have cleaned houses of all shapes and sizes, hotels, and a six level parking garage. Roanoke Exterior Wash believes in keeping it simple. Our goal is to provide outstanding service, with a positive customer experience. I want my customers to feel that they 'chose the right one' when I finish the job. Top quality work combined with friendly service, is what you'll get with Roanoke Exterior Wash. 'Let's make your exterior clean again!'
Contractors are required to be licensed in Virginia. There are two features of a contractor license. The first one is the class of license which determines the cost of projects that may be performed and the second is the classification/specialty of license, which determines what works are permitted.
To look up if a contractor's license has an active status or check a contractor's disciplinary history, a homeowner should use License Lookup tool.
Performing construction or demolition of structure, you are required by the State of Virginia a permit to be obtained. Building permits are issued by the local departments (cities and counties) in Virginia. Homeowners should verify with permit office to see if they need a building permit or where they should file their application.
