He grew the business from the ground up to a long term successful locally operated business. He employs men of long term experience & skill sets specific to each crew they are on. He and the crews love giving back to his local and international community. He frequently donates time along with his employees to building orphanages world wide. Locally he gives to the community through time donated to local churches & educational organizations.
