Clarence has been doing this type of work with his father in his plumbing business since he was young. In the early 80's we decided to start our own business and focused more on the septic installation part of it. From 1989 to 1993 Clarence served as the Zoning Ad. for Rusk County WI where his job involved the inspection of septic systems and issuing permits for their installation. When that ended we started our present business. There have been a lot of changes over the years in what is required by the state and counties to obtain permits to install a septic system. My experience has given me an advantage in understanding what is necessary to get the job done economically and in compliance with all approving agencies.
