William Joles started working on barns and grain elevators in 1960 for the agricultural industry and his son soon learned the trade and as customers began to ask about roofing William jr. became a roofers apprentice in south Texas during the winter and continued working with his dad in North Texas working on and painting grain bins & grain elevators and buildings.
