Pat Herbert has been a journeyman roofer for 27 years. He entered the industry at the age of 17 as a helper; then soon found himself with his own crew at a well known roofing company and relocated to Southern California. Upon returning northward, he worked for many locally owned roofing companies. Pat has applied roofs on many custom homes in Nevada and Placer counties including homes within the Winchester Country Club, Dark Horse Golf Course and The Cedars. Outside of roofing, Pat has gained experience with framing, drywall, heating and air, fencing and landscaping.
It is his experiences as a roofer that made Pat realize how important seasonal maintenance is for the roof and gutters of any structure because it does prolong the life of the roof and prevent any other damage to the home. As a result, Pat started Herbert's Overhead Maintenance in Spring of 2009.
