Rethink Electric started off small, like most businesses. After the passing of the Future Energy Jobs Act in IL December 2016, we had a huge influx of projects and started hiring. We went from 8 employees to over 70+!! During our hiring process, we were very conscious of employing the best electricians and solar installers. As we grew, some of these employees grew into management positions. Looking back now, we are happy and proud to have such a diverse workforce and management staff.
