Win-Dor Industries, Inc. was formed in 1986 when Toby Kline, Sr. and Bud Reed found themselves unemployed. Toby and Bud had been in the window and door manufacturing business for 17 years when the company they were working for went out of business. Needing a job was not the only reason for starting this business; they were very good at what they were doing and were confident they could carve out a place for themselves in the industry. Win-Dor started as a simple window and door repair business and now sells windows and doors to residential homeowners and builders. After Bud retired in 1992, Toby began to take the business to another level by offering installation of windows and doors. Today, Win-Dor has 2-3 installation teams, installing for residential sales and many of our local builders. A building permit are required to be obtained to remodel, move, or change of occupancy, except for works which are governed by the local building codes.
