When the City of Mission purchased the property at 5601 Johnson Drive for the Rock Creek Floodplain improvements, Kim moved the offices and showroom to its present location at 5410 Johnson Drive. Today, the showroom and offices are easy to find in downtown Mission by its signature, bright yellow awning! In 2014 Doug and Jolene Bennett, a previous manager at All-Weather became the most recent owners. Not only has All-Weather Window & Door maintained local ownership within the Mission area, but also, the owners aggressively participate in the many civic activities the city of Mission sponsors. AWWD annually contributes thousands of dollars in material and labor to help others. Over the years, The Keys Home for Boys in Mission, The Bridge Home for Boys and the Bridge Home for Girls have all been recipients of All weather’s civic-minded generosity.

Hi, I'm Steve Brown and I have been working in construction for over 20 years. I have worked for large General Contractors and since 2004 I have been contracting my own jobs. I use many 'old school' methods for replacing windows and installing siding that allows me to work on just about any home, regardless of age. I have been called a true craftsman and carpenter. I'm available to come out and see your home, discuss your project, add some suggestions and quote you a price. There is no cost in the initial visit, but I'm sure you'll come away learning some important factors as you consider your options. I love the process, give me a call and we'll chat.
We have been Installing James Hardie Products since 2004 being one of the few James Hardie recommended Installers, our workers have all been trained by their local representative team.
Upper Level Construction originated in Pennsylvania. I've worked for as long as I can remember. Due to life circumstances I got my GED at age 16 and when I turned 18 I got a business license and Upper Level Construction was born.
