Hello, I'm James Vetter, MFE I have spent the last 30+ years in the property maintenance and repair industry servicing residential, commercial and industrial properties. I started my career in the field, remodeling houses and performing building maintenance services. I have managed the building maintenance for some of the largest portfolios in the country (GM, Walgreens, etc.). As a Certified Master Facility Executive, I bring a great degree of experience, industry knowledge and dedication to providing top of the line services, along with outstanding customer care. After spending the last 8 years behind a desk, I decided to pursue my desire of working in the physical world where I could help people.
