After given his first commercial construction opportunity, Michael Malka quickly knew his passion lay in the industry. In the years that followed, he set out to develop skill in all aspects of the business, leading to the creation of Creative Construction Concepts - the Company for which he is both Founder and President.
After having mastered all standard aspects of residential construction and renovation, he set about improving the process by adding to it, his keen ability to evaluate each new challenge with a fresh and innovative perspective. After working on a variety of project types, he has remained motivated to continue developing expertise, efficiency, and relationships in the multi-family arena, while instilling the same goals in his crew.
