Elizabeth Mohler started the hot tub and pool chemicals because of her love of her own pool. There weren't any company's offering the service in the area when she began it as a side business to her and Kent's Siding and Window company. Liz saw a need and wanted to help other spa and pool owners with their water without having to drive into the city.
Shelton Siding Co. was established in 1994. The owner, Ron Shelton and his wife have lived in Savannah since 1990. The business has grown from being operated out of Ron's home to his office that includes a showroom and large warehouse located at 14311 S. 71 Highway in Savannah. Ron and his wife Laura own and operate the business and they currently have 6 employees. Shelton Siding Co. has been serving the Northwest Missouri area including the St. Joseph area for 20+ years. We specialize in siding, replacement windows, decks, doors, railings/fencing, sunrooms and screen rooms.
Missouri does not issue a statewide electrical, plumbing, handyman and general contractor license and delegates licensing and permitting process to the local permitting authority of the city the contractor works in.
