Now I get to manage my company in a way that follows rules and procedures the way its design by the manufacturer. I refuse to take any shortcuts or use materials that are not top quality.

After 3 years working as an employee, I started my own business. At the beginning we mostly did new construction and took work from other construction businesses. Now we mostly do siding, window, gutter and deck remodeling.
