Throughout the past 6 years, Tree Wise Men has become the premier tree service in the Black Hills. We are the only company providing tree care with modern climbing techniques used by certified arborists.
Operating in and around Rapid City, SD, Dakota Tree Surgeon is a family owned and operated business specializing in residential tree trimming and removal. Steve got his start in tree care with Trees Inc. a company that specializes in trimming trees around high voltage power lines. Once winter storm Atlas decimated the local trees, Steve saw an opportunity to start his own business. Dakota Tree Surgeon has evolved into a booming company with a loyal customer base. This customer base has further expanded with the sales of hardwood slabs and custom furniture.
The state of Wyoming doesn't issue any contractor license, except electrical. The option to license contractors is delegated to the building department of city or county, where the work is to take place.
