FJR Tree, Inc started as Roewer and Sons Tree Care in 1969. After graduating from SIU with a degree in Urban Forestry and obtaining his Arborist Certification, Fred, the oldest son, came home to run the family business. Shortly after, his brother Jesse graduated from SIU and became a Certified Arborist as well. The Roewer "Sons" are carrying on the tradition of dedication, passion, and hard work their father planted all those years ago.

Started in the tree industry with a passion to help those in need of quality tree care. Worked for other industry leaders that seemed to lose sight of the client/ tree relationship and vowed to never let that happen. Set up a highly skilled team of Tree experts, assembled the most advanced equipment in Northern Illinois, and have been trying to help our clients ever since.
