Lutey's Landscaping Inc. is an established landscaping company, located in Johnstown, CO, that offers a variety of professional services. We currently service the Northern Denver suburbs and most of Northern Colorado. We specialize in residential and commercial landscapes and snow removal services. I would like to introduce myself as the owner and CEO of Lutey's Landscaping Inc. My name is Bert Lutey and I founded Lutey's Landscaping Inc. in 2008.
I have been in the Denver, Colorado area since 1985 and understand how Colorado weather can affect the trees, plants, shrubs, and irrigation requirements.
I am a second generation arborist. I Took what I learned and I'm trying to move our family and employees to a better place in life. My dad opened his is in 2004 and mine in 2012. But he started and i was there in 1996 his first year.
We started as a family owned business and we still are. Both the business and our family have grown considerably over the years. When I started the business we recently had our first son, Parker. We decided to name the business after him because he was our main motivation for being in business. We have grown into a business with 6 employees (and 6 children might I add). We have 2 administrative assistants in the office. They are excellent with speedy customer service, scheduling, etc... We have 3 climbers in the field (2 are certified arborists). And myself, the owner, am a certified arborist who does everything from office administration, fiance, project management, planning, marketing, etc... As of 2015, we are re-branding ourselves! We believe that our new brand is congruent with our growth and our plan to keep a high level of quality. (And we're simply bored of our old look).
2008 was the beginning of Budget tree service but working with other companys before gave us a great start. We are always improving our education and skills.
The State of Colorado delegates a general contractor licensing to building departments at the local level. A residential remodelers license, residential builders license, home improvement license or any permits to carry out a Tree Removal project are issued by the county or city regulation departments.
