Donegan's Tree Service
In 1978 James Donegan started working with Forman & Biller Tree Expert Company, one of the oldest established tree services in northern Virginia (est. 1920). They worked on old trees in spectacular places: French Ambassador's residence, Mount Vernon, the Naval Observatory and several embassies, where Jim Biller took the time to teach James how to care for the trees as well as the clients. James then went on to learn the "sales & quality" side of the business as a crew leader for Fairfax Tree Service, and then started Donegan's Tree Service in 1984. James Donegan was one of the first 100 people in the Mid-Atlantic area to become an "ISA Certified Arborist," earning him contracts with the White House working on some of the oldest trees in the area. James' passion and love for trees continues to this day, and the learning never stops. Donegan's Tree Service is committed to serving it's clients with the very best tree care possible.
