Omni Tree & Landscape was started in Columbus Ohio. I originally attended Hocking College for tree Care in the early 90s. and take classes at Ashland University to gain more knowledge about the environment. I did not immediately go to work in my field of study. i worked as a carpenter in the central Ohio area until 1999 at which time I was layed off. A friend who owned a tree care business asked me to come work for him. I soon realized my calling. I love the tree care industry. I do not see it as a job or a way to make a living. It is what I truly love to do. Over the years i have the observed the damage cause by the chemicals used in our industry and it has changed my thoughts towards the use of chemicals. When I went full time with Onmi I promised myself that would do things differently. I truly belive that landscaping and tree care business should support environmental sustainabiity. They should teach their employees and customers in how apply it to current problems.
