LRS began in 2015 as equipment rental company. LRS has since moved on from equipment rental and focuses mainly on ground work; such as hauling dirt/sand/limestone etc, spreading and filling materials hauled, land clearing (ROW), and civil work; such as concrete foundations. R&T is a newly formed sister company that began around 2017. R&T is a septic system (sewer) company that handles installing and maintenance of septic systems.

By Louisiana law contractors need to get a home improvement registration to perfrom any home improvement projects over $7,500 but not in excess of $75,000 including labor and materials. Contractor's registration is valid for one year once it is issued. A home improvement registration does NOT cover swimming pools.
