Emerald Windows started on Emerald St back in 1937. The company has changed hands and locations a few times over the years and the current ownership has been in place since 1999.
Zen Windows was founded in 1998 after deciding it was time to create a totally new way of shopping for window replacement. Homeowners tell us how much they like doing business with us and how easy we make the whole process. They love dealing with us because they can tell how much we care about getting them great results at a reasonable price without even having to come into their home. This is exactly how we would want our window buying experience to be - helping people improve their home, but without the uncomfortable sales calls and other stresses associated with traditional home improvement. We couple all of that with a lifetime warranty, no deposits or down payments, and financing options to create the best replacement window buying experience out there.

Alderfer Glass Company Inc. was founded in 1961 by brothers Stan and Robert Alderfer. Originally located on Penn Avenue in Telford Pa., the business started as a family-owned flat glass shop serving the needs of the local community. With Stan working long hours at the shop and Bob retaining his job as a local milkman, Alderfer Glass became a recognized name in the community. As business grew, Bob worked full-time with Stan, a shop was built on the current site at 144 Telford Pike, and employees were added. This "home" shop was expanded many times thereafter to serve the growing needs of Southeastern Pennsylvania. In subsequent years locations were added in Lansdale, Limerick and Quakertown to better serve the demands of the greater Bucks-Mont area.
Established in 1949, our family owned and operated company has been beautifying homes in Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, Chester County and Delaware County, PA for over 70 years. Providing only the most well-crafted products to our customers, we are a perfect fit for any window and door installation or replacement need you may have!
