Armentor Glass Works was opened in April 2003 by founder Ricky Armentor. After years of great business, serving the entire area, it was time for a change. Ricky passed the ownership reigns down to his son, Drew Patout starting in November 2012 to begin the next phase of business. Armentor Glass Works is proud to be a 2nd generation family business, serving residents of Acadiana for all their residential and commercial glass needs.
Established in 1977. We had been operating a collision repair shop in Vidor for 2 years (S&W Auto Body & Painting) and were looking to open a glass shop as well. So when the radiator shop next door went out of business and the building became vacant we offered to buy it from Earl Williams, the same person we bought the collision repair shop from. We now employee 4 people and the business has been growing every since thanks to the support from the great people in this community.
