California Craftsman
In 1996, Glenn Wells retired and closed the doors on his interior trim company, based out the bay area where he had been in business for 18 years. After much prodding from his son, Damian Wells, California Craftsman started in 1999 along with Glenn's brother Jon. At that time, both Glenn and Jon already had over 35 years experience as carpenters, while the youngest, Damian, had 12 years of experience. Today, both Jon and Glenn run the installation crews and oversee every job. Damian has been acting as President since 2005 and oversees all facets of the company's operations.
