We are David and Jennifer Lundberg, owners of Lundberg Specialty Services, an exterior construction builder. We are local residents of Charlotte, NC and work anywhere in the state of North Carolina. David has been in Charlotte for almost 40 years and has worked in the exterior home improvement industry for over 25 years.
David personally works with the homeowners and insurance representatives to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed and handled appropriately and in a timely manner. "Exceeding your expectations, never your budget" is our company motto.
