Zen Windows was founded after deciding it was time to create a totally new way of shopping for window replacement. a) No high-pressure sales tactics; Zen would keep everything relaxed and honest. b) No 3 hour in-home sales presentations; Zen would give online quotes. c) No expensive showrooms that add to their customer's costs; Zen uses excellent product demonstration videos that homeowners could watch on their own schedule. We're happy to say the response has been excellent. Homeowners tell us how much they like doing business with us and how easy we make the whole process. They love dealing directly with us - the owners - because they can tell how much we care about getting them great results at a reasonable price. This is exactly how we wanted owning a business to be - helping people improve their home, but without the uncomfortable sales calls and other stresses associated with traditional home improvement.
