The business has been in continuous operation since 1988. The current owners purchased the business in November 2012 from the original owner. We have a Mill as well as a Model Home.
We developed this business due to the huge need for the removal of algae, mold and mildew present on roofs and homes in this area of the country. We use only 100% biodegradable, earth friendly products leaving your property sqeaky clean with no foul odors like bleach or chlorine.
Contractors are required to be licensed in Virginia. There are two features of a contractor license. The first one is the class of license which determines the cost of projects that may be performed and the second is the classification/specialty of license, which determines what works are permitted.
To look up if a contractor's license has an active status or check a contractor's disciplinary history, a homeowner should use License Lookup tool.
Performing construction or demolition of structure, you are required by the State of Virginia a permit to be obtained. Building permits are issued by the local departments (cities and counties) in Virginia. Homeowners should verify with permit office to see if they need a building permit or where they should file their application.
