Tracy Mariage developed Mariage Roofing on a foundation of the highest ethical standards and quality workmanship. Dave and Randy Hendges purchased the company in 1993. They hired John Kolarik to join the team in 1998, and he became part owner in 2007. In January of 2011, John Kolarik became the sole owner of Mariage Roofing and continues to provide customers with cutting-edge roofing craftmanship, knowledge and customer service.
We started out in 2011 in niche market of fabricating and erecting steel tube buildings. We have diversified into stick frame buildings i.e. pole barns, garages, and outbuildings (residential), and are currently exploring the possibility of adding commercial roofing to our skill set.
A building permit is required to perform works which involve the cutting away of any wall, partition or portion thereof, the removal or cutting of any structural beam or bearing support, or the removal or change of any required means of egress, replacement or relocation of any standpipe, water supply, sewer, drainage, drain leader, gas soil, waste, vent or similar piping, electric wiring or mechanical or other work affecting public health or general safety
