As a full time firefighter, I have been working two jobs for many years. While I enjoy working for someone else, the freedom of setting my own schedule to make time for my wife and kids is essential to my business. I work hard and I want to make sure I have plenty of time to spend with my family when possible. I know life has curve balls and that is why flexibility is key to our business.
